Founded in 2001 as Hewad Poultry, Agricultural, and Veterinary Services in Kabul, it was established by Dr. Abdul Wali Aassi. Initially serving as a solution center for agricultural and veterinary issues in Kabul, the institution transitioned to KMTC in 2007 expanding its services nationwide.
